Payments and Cancellation Policy
Payment
Payments will be made in full at time of reservation on the website via credit card. A $100 credit card hold is required per bike, to cover any damages. This will be collected at the time of drop-off and refunded back to your credit card at pick-up.
Rocky MTN E-Kruise accepts any of the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cash payments at our store front are also available.
Cancellation
For all bookings cancelled 24 hours + in advance, or in the case of extreme day-of weather, we offer a full credit, or a refund minus 10% administration fees. Anything cancelled within 24 hours will receive a credit for a future rental. For more information about our refund and cancellation policy, please contact us.
